satisfied with your purchase, RDGS will gladly refund you the
purchase price (excluding shipping/handling) within 30 days of the purchase.*

You Return Your Software...
There are
millions of different configurations of computers on the market and
we do our best to keep up with them. If you have problems running the
software, the answer may be a simple e-mail or phone call away. Our
professional and trained support staff have a great deal of knowledge
and are happy to help out when you need it.

Before we can
authorize a return, we require that you try resolving the problem
with our well-trained support staff. If you have a support question,
please use our contact page for answers or to submit a support ticket
to contact us. Our support staff is quick and will either answer your

(photocopy acceptable) with the return and state why you are

UPS or insured Parcel Post for shipment as we will not be held
